During an "offering" phase, the players will attempt to gain the support of a god. For each god, the player who has made the highest offering earns the god's favor. It is possible to "oust" a player by making a bigger offering, in that case, the player with the smaller offering must make a new offering to a different god.

Athena allows to recruit Philosophers and build Universities.

Zeus allows to recruit Priests and build Temples. He also allows to discard and replace mythological creatures in play.

Ares allows to recruit Troops and build Fortresses. He also allows a player to move his Troops.
|
|
|

Poseidon allows to recruit Fleets and build Ports. He also allows a player to move his Fleets.
|

|
|
|
|
Apollo grants a player 1 prosperity marker to be placed on any isle, as well as a Gold piece (4 if the player only has one isle).
