Announcing The Peak Team, our Essen 2025 release!

Today, we're happy to announce the newest creation from Matagot, debuting at Essen Spiel 2025. Introducing the Peak team!

This 1 to 5 player cooperative game, designed by Scott Almes (Tiny Epic Vikings, Tiny Epic Dungeons, Heroes of Land Air and Sea, Foof Chain Island..), puts you in the role of Rangers exploring a sprawling wildlife reserve. Work together by assigning cards to other players, helping them collect tools, navigate winding trails, and make use of various modes of transportation—from hiking on foot to paddling in kayaks or soaring by helicopter.

Your mission: Explore the reserve, observe wildlife, and complete tasks at various locations before you run out of actions. Built around a level-based system, The Peak Team is designed to evolve across multiple missions—introducing new mechanics and increasing difficulty as you progress.
